We continuously organise body-centred stress management workshops for different target groups (adults, young adults, mothers with young children, entrepreneurs, high schools, companies and non-profit organisations). These workshops are held in person or online, in Hungarian or English.
We are committed to the positive role of art and creativity in maintaining our physical and mental well-being, and therefore we offer art projects and other creative programmes focused on individual and community well-being.
We also run international training and professional development courses. We are open to national and international collaborations, whether it is a short workshop or a long-term collaboration. Feel free to contact us!
