International collaborations

It is very important for us to exchange experiences in an international environment, so we are constantly applying for and organising programmes in cooperation with organisations and facilitators abroad.

EMPOWERmental Retreat Training (2024)

Body-Mind Balance through Arts

The project is designed to equip artists, facilitators, social and youth workers with practical tools for well-being, benefiting both themselves and the young people they support. Through art-based practices such as dance, theatre, movement, yoga, breathwork, TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) and sustainable design participants will experience a holistic approach to stress relief and resilience-building. This eight-day retreat is both an invitation to pause, reflect, and connect with yourself and others while learning practical methods that can be integrated into their professional practice.

Stressless (2024)

A 2-month online journey towards our well-being

We, as professionals driven by passion, social impact and innovation, face a lot of stress that can arise from our commitment. Passion from our work often leads to long hours and emotional strain, resulting in high stress levels.

Seeing this tendency in our work environment inspired us to create this 2-month journey dedicated to fostering resilience and supporting each other’s mental and physical well-being. This journey is designed to create a nurturing and mindful space where we can grow personally and professionally. Through workshops, shared experiences, reflective practices, and a supportive community, we will develop strategies to manage stress and build a sustainable approach to our work.

Art and Mental Health Retreat Training (2023)

The 8-day retreat training held in Komarice, Czech Republic was dedicated to young artists, facilitators, and social and youth workers focusing on the notion of mental balance. The program introduced different art-based methods with the aim of working towards a more sustainable, stress-free society. During this training, participants had the chance to try out different embodied artistic practices for improving their own mental balance. This experience aims to equip participants with useful and easy-to-adapt tools that can be introduced to their own general practice.
