Body-Mind Balance through Arts
The project is designed to equip artists, facilitators, social and youth workers with practical tools for well-being, benefiting both themselves and the young people they support. Through art-based practices such as dance, theatre, movement, yoga, breathwork, TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) and sustainable design participants will experience a holistic approach to stress relief and resilience-building. This eight-day retreat is both an invitation to pause, reflect, and connect with yourself and others while learning practical methods that can be integrated into their professional practice.
The project focuses on:
Local Workshops
After the retreat, participants will return home to lead local workshops, sharing the tools they’ve learned with their communities. A total of 20 workshops will be organized across participating regions, reaching over 250 young people, extending the project’s impact far beyond the training itself.
Collaborative Toolkit
A key outcome of the project is the creation of a methodology toolkit. This resource will compile the exercises and approaches explored during the retreat, offering guidance for professionals to implement these mental well-being methods in various settings.
